David has a strong commitment to utilising New Zealand companies in our supply chain and minimising our environmental impact, using the ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ philosophy.
Mark Collins
Technical Manager
Mark is the Technical Manager at Shamrock, specialising in the product development and manufacture of Shamrock’s speciality chemicals and auxiliaries. Mark has a wealth of leather and textiles industry knowledge and experience – including 18 years at The Shamrock Group – and is part of the support team for any technical issues.
Olivia Ferguson
Operations Manager
Olivia has come to Shamrock with 14 years experience in Agri-chem manufacturing, quality control, purchasing and logistics. She oversees ISO compliance, health and safety, inventory and logistics as well as client and customer support.
Georgina Rennie
Office and Procurement Administrator
Georgina joined the Shamrock team in January 2025. She provides administrative support to the operations manager, takes care of order processing and general office administration to keep things running smoothly.
Jarrett Malcolm-Black
Research & Development Chemist
Jarrett joined the Shamrock team in February 2025. He has a strong formulation background and broad chemical and industrial experience. Jarrett’s experience in analytic chemistry includes extensive method development and troubleshooting of a chromatographic and spectrographic technologies. Examples include GC, HPLC, NIR, UV, FTIR. Jarrett will be overseeing development of new formulations and products to serve our customer needs and wants.
Willie Stevenson-Tuuga
Factory Manager
Willie is the Factory Manager at Shamrock – he looks after the day-to-day running and maintenance of our Auckland Manufacturing plant and warehouse. Willie manages the team that produces our specialty chemicals, manages our stock and co-ordinates with freight forwarders to ensure that orders are despatched to our customers as quickly as possible.
Marcellus Boonzaaier
Factory/Warehouse operations
Marcellus joined the Shamrock team in March 2025. Marcellus comes with a strong background in warehouse operations and has hit the ground running, working alongside Willie to learn all the aspects of chemical manufacture and handling.
Graeme Ward
Christchurch based – Technical Sales Executive
Graeme is the Technical Sales Manager for The Shamrock Group and is the primary interface for our customer base in the leather and textile industries. Graeme is also involved in the research and development of new industrial opportunities in conjunction with the Technical Manager and the rest of the Shamrock Team.
